Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website adsboxwp.com and the Ads Box WP plugin ("the Plugin"), both operated by:

Referred to in these Terms as "we", "us" or "the Seller". The person or entity purchasing a license is referred to as "you", "the Customer" or "the Licensee". By purchasing a license you confirm you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. License grant

Upon successful payment we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual ("lifetime") license to install and use the Plugin on the number of domains your plan covers:

• Single Site — 1 domain you own or administer.
• Unlimited — any number of domains you own or administer.

The license includes all future updates for as long as we maintain the Plugin. "Lifetime" here means the product lifetime — we commit to reasonable maintenance but reserve the right to end-of-life the Plugin with at least 12 months' notice.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, lease or redistribute the Plugin or any part of it;
• remove or obscure copyright, trademark or license notices;
• share your license key with third parties outside your organization;
• use the Plugin to build a competing product that is resold to third parties.

You may:

• modify the source code for your own use on your licensed domains;
• install the Plugin on staging / development environments in addition to production (they don't count toward your domain limit).

4. Payment

All prices are one-time charges in US Dollars (USD), listed excluding VAT. EU VAT is automatically calculated and collected at checkout by our payment processor, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. You will receive an invoice after each successful payment.

5. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked — this aligns with your statutory rights as an EU consumer. Details and the request procedure are described in our Refund Policy. After 14 days, refunds are evaluated case-by-case.

6. Support

Support is provided by email at support@adsboxwp.com:

• Single Site plan: best-effort response within 3 business days.
• Unlimited plan: priority response within 1 business day.

We reserve the right to decline support for issues caused by incompatible third-party plugins, modified core files, or unsupported WordPress / PHP versions.

7. No warranty

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that ad impressions / clicks tracked by the Plugin will exactly match counts reported by external ad networks (AdSense, Ad Manager, Amazon, etc.). Where tracked numbers drive revenue decisions, always cross-reference with your ad network's own dashboards.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Plugin, the Website or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim. We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or lost profits. This limitation does not apply to damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, nor to liability that cannot be limited under mandatory applicable law.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Website or purchasing a license you confirm that you have read and understood it.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting existing license holders will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Plugin after the change-effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved by the common courts of Poland — if you are a consumer, by the court with jurisdiction over your place of residence; if you are a business customer, by the court with jurisdiction over the Seller's registered address (District Court in Wrocław, Poland).

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also use the online dispute resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
